Ok, so here is the low down on the spa. Yes it is overpriced, the front desk isn't the friendliest & most welcoming & yes the locker room and 'relaxing area' need some serious upgrading & cleaning... But if you do go.. Ask for Tamara and Anna for massage. I had Tamara & my husband had Anna & I can... More

Went to the spa for a spray tan for a wedding. Spray tan didn't end up all that great for $80. Spa had some construction going on the day we were there also. Really nice locker room and relaxation area. Ha a wide variety of services I would've liked to have tried but didn't have the time or money.

This is a full service Spa, wonderful massages, beauty treatments, steam room, relaxation room, with tea and fruit. Also an outside massage is available by the beach in a cabana. The facilities were clean and well equipped with amenities to use. It was great for a splurge and to feel special. Lots of Hawaiian culture throughout experience

Staff and service was great. Ladies locker room disgusting . Had been a loyal customer , but they lost me this year .Sean the spa director argued , defended and straight out lied to my face, saying the place was regularly cleaned . Got extremely defensive when I.showed him the pictures top prove otherwise .I recommended to him that he... More

First of all, I'm from Los Angeles, CA and I visit Las Vegas, NV quite often for their spas at the large resorts as well. Thus, I'd like to think I'm a spa snob. Most of us larger city folks (San Fran, Chicago, Boston, NYC, etc) usually know how to rate spas. The services offered at this spa are overpriced... More

I went to The Spa to have a pedicure because that was the cheapest service that they offer, which was $80 (to give you some idea). The staff are friendly, and the entire spa was so-so. They advertise that you can hang out there all day on your day of service. But other than shower and hang out in soft... More

My husband and I both booked sports massages. They were good, but not the best.the therapist asked about trouble spots and I told him but he didn't pay any special attention to it.He did give a great neck and neck massage. The atmosphere wasn't spectacle but I had been to the Hyatt for my nails and it's harder beat their open... More

I was in so much pain after way overdoing the hiking/climbing in Hana and had a fabulous sports massage. The masseuse was wonderful and worked out all the knots in my muscles. Make sure you go early and enjoy the sauna, steam room and whirlpool.

We've had massages at a variety of Kaanapali reports - the Sheraton Black Rock, the Hyatt, the Kaanapali Alii and now the Westin Heavenly Spa. We had an 80 minute couples massage, in the afternoon at the Westin and here's how it stacks up to the others: Location: the massage cabana sits right above the Kaanapali walkway. It was a... More
