We didn't know of this place until I was looking up places to see on Trip Advisor! Beautiful and peaceful setting with some great picture taking opportunities.

Much of Lahaina is very touristy, so for a change, we opted for something quiet and new to us. We found the Buddhist Cultural Park across from the Puupiha Cemetery and near the beach. We respectfully strolled through the grounds and were impressed with the...More

This is a beautiful serene place to visit. If you want to escape the crowds for a little while just come here. It is very well maintained and is located right by the beach.

This is a beautiful place. Just off the beach and there is a cemetery next to it. Very peaceful place to visit.

The Lahaina Jodo Mission has a large Buddha and also a place to be quiet and contemplate life. It is a nice break from the sometimes hectic pace of downtown Lahaina.

Something different from the beach and the sun. You can actually combine the two because just by the site there is a beach popular with the locals. A Japanese temple, a giant Buddha and pleasant surroundings.
