Parking is scarce, but no one lingers too long. The waves are beautiful to watch and sometimes there are surfers riding the dangerous waves. On the shore, there are turtles basking in the sun, and I love seeing them every time we stop by here....More

We had a ton of fun at this beach. The kids slid on the slimy rocks like it was a slide, sea glass is all over, great snorkeling, surfers to the right, wind surfers out to the left, and some other odd surf contraptions were...More

Stopped by after visiting Paia and we were not disappointed. The surf was wild with a few brave surfers out. Lots of sea turtles in the water and on the beach. Amazing!!!

Loved watching the turtles come up. Great for smaller children that can't snorkel yet. Lots of steps but has covered pavilions, bathrooms and showers.

This is a must see beach while in Maui. Big waves for surfing and windsurfing. At the far end is a rocky area where you can view sea turtles grazing on the algae.
