We always shop at Pukalani's Farmer Market when we Visit family in Makawao. Such a fun, friendly gathering...huge variety of flowers, home baked goodies, organic produce, plants, handmade items, lovely fresh fish!! Not to be missed.... oh, and you never know which local celebrities you'll see..... get there early for fresh caught Ahi filets.... before 8:00 am❤

This is a true farmers market. You can find just about any fruit and vegetable grown on the island. The farmers were very helpful explaining what everything was and how to prepare it.

The Upcountry Farmers Market is a great Saturday outing with something for everyone. We loved the fresh organic vegetarian omelet breakfast, cooked onsite with 5 pans going; pineapple, cucumber and mint cleansing juice; Maui Tempeh burgers with special sauce, fresh tangelo juice, and rich applesauce muffins. We also found beautiful handmade items for sale--cutting boards from local woods, organic honey,... More

I have gone with friends and family and solo. It has local produce, drinks, meals, plants. It doesn't have crafts that the swap meet at college has.

Loved this market. Everything you could imagine and more. Exotic locally grown produce along with the ordinary produce but all amazingly fresh. Bakery items, coffee, fresh-squeezed juice, and so much more. Definitely worth the trip.

Easy to get to, lots of parking, forget the grocery stores and their inflated prices. Even though we didn't get there until 9:30, the vendors had plenty of beautiful produce and fruit displayed for sale. I would recommend this market for any visitors (the locals already know about it). Definitely helped with the food costs while we were visiting the... More

Great selection of farm-stands, artesanal foods, and other local specialties. The earlier you get there (ideally before 8AM), the more likely you'll find the best stuff: veggies, eggs, fish, fresh coconuts, prepared food, etc. It's almost like a big-city Farmer's Market since the selection is so good, but it's just little 'ole Maui, so if you live here, it's as... Getting veggies here is always a plus, need to come early though vendors sell out fast. There is always tasty drinks and treats and always fun running into friends here.

I normally by our veg n fruits at the maui swap meet but I tried thought I try the Upcountry Market to check them out? I will be going back to the swap next Saturday. Found pricing and scales a little off upcounty....to bad as I would prefer going upcountry as its closer to home.

It is the best Farmers Market on the Island. They have a little of everything. They have now started a Tuesday Market also from 4 to 7pm. Neil and Katy that run the market is the best at what they do. People come from all over Maui to enjoy the Market
