This is a beautiful, uncrowded beach that is just perfect for a walk or for fishing. At the far end from the resort is a path leading to a picnic table and another hiking trail. My husband saw a deer on that trail. The waves crash onto the shore and there are many lava rocks. We saw several brave souls... More

Most of the Hawaiian beaches that offer solitude are way off the beaten track. That puts visitors at a high risk of car break-ins. Not so at Kepuhi Beach. There's a relatively small rental condo building behind it. Park near, but don't trespass. Then, you'll have a long walk across an old golf course fairway to the beach. You can see... More

Kepuhi Beach is where you will find surfers and body borders when the surf is at a safe height. Experienced Paddle Borders can be seen occasionally! A family of turtles play in the waves , if you are lucky to see them. Very scenic and lots of whales in February!

Waves bigger than I've ever seen in my life, a relaxing place, easy to drive everywhere...I like everything about Kepuhi Beach and Molokai! Everyone else is correct though -- you don't come here for the swimming. It's very, very rough.

Molokai is paradise! Stayed in an ocean-view condo at Kepuhi Beach resort. Loved the landscape, beaches, hiking trails, people, small-town feel of this island! Food was a little expensive but worth it for the quiet, slow-moving, peaceful, sunny holiday I had.

Nice beach by a failed resort. The people of Moloka'i didn't want another Mau'i on their island. They did what they could to discourage large scale development. You won't find a stoplight anywhere on the island. It's hard to get to. There's nothing to do. Priceless!

We stayed at a cottage with the most beautiful view of Kepuhe Beach. It was lovely to sit on the lanai for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Many walkers use the cart path from the now defunct golf course. Most of the time we were there I believe the surf would have been... More

the beach is beautiful but only to look at since the sand has been lost due to storms and the March surf is too large for easy swimming

We stayed in a condo right on the beach, and couldn't have asked for a better spot. Waves were a little big to swim most days, but we were able to go in one day. Our last day there the waves were huge, and we enjoyed watching several of the locals surfing there. The sunsets from our lanai were fantastic.
