Although not golfers, we stayed here because it was highly recommended. Very neat, clean and beautiful.. a little out of the way but totally worth it. The on site diner was very good.

Actually the Makaha Resort Golf Club is currently closed for renovations. The Makaha Country Club is open, and again I would just try calling them.
