Beautiful in the sun with patches of fog rolling over. Windy, fresh, exhilarating to walk across. Marvelous view of the city.

Got picked up at the airport and driven directly over this Bridge on way to wine taste in Sonoma! Lovely that traffic was light and view was great. Return trip was equally light as we timed opposite the prevailing commute.

I live here and still find the bridge spectacular, whether I'm driving or biking it. You'll have incredible views of the city and I think you're going to find yourself driving back and forth. You'll pa a toll when you're driving but walking and biking...More

You can cross it in many different ways - Bus, Car, Bicycle, Motorcycle, on foot. We have done it three times already - Bus, Car and on foot. The most fun was on foot - it is long, windy and cold but it is worth...More

This is a great area to stroll along and take in the atmosphere of the San Francisco bay. Every visit to San Francisco should include a trip to the Piers. Be sure to spot the seals swimming or more likely, sunning themselves in the bay

I just walked to the warf and over to the Red and White Fleet next to the military museum and was on a boat under the bridge 45 minutes later. One of the best parts of my trip. Take the one that goes under the...More

Iconic. One of the few places everyone in the world should visit. Make it a day trip. If you are a tourist staying in SF make plans to visit Sausalito and Tiburon. Selfie heaven so enjoy!

Weather is unpredictable, and it can go from mild and sunny to cold and windy pretty quickly. Pedestrians and cyclists are separated from traffic, but it gets crowded, even on foggy and windy days. If you have to arrive by car, consider parking away from...More

Personally I would do a Hop on Hop off double decker bus tour (Grey Line) and take the tour of the city which includes a stop at the bridge. Busses run about every half hour so you'll have flexibility to walk around. You... More

No you won't have any time to leave the airport and see it. Normally the approach for landings is from the east so you also won't be able to see it from there. However, if you're lucky you might be able to catch a glimpse... More

The bridges have different tolls & each Bridge has off peak & on peak tolls. So tolls vary a lot. That being said, each Bridge has a "fast pass" lane, a "car pool" lane, & a "cash" lane. Fast pass is an electronic way to... More
