If you're into major sights, skip it. San Francisco has plenty of big things to see and do. You won't find this worth the effort if you're looking for something off a top ten list. But I loved it. It's unique and seemed to encompass...More

I was real excited to check these out as I had never heard of them before. Used MapQuest and went the wrong way for a bit before realizing it was the wrong way. It was nice walking along the coastline. The site was pretty but the...More

This was very poorly marked. We had to walk thru the parking lot of a fancy yacht club to get there. Felt like we were trespassing. Once there it was dirty and we only heard sound coming thru 1 of the tubes. What a total...More

if you’re into being close to the water, and like acoustic art, give this a try. Nice walk to the end of the small point, and a nice place to rest while looking back at the city (and some nice boats and yachts). And, the...More

Well worth the effort to get here - public transit got us close but last section is a cold and windy walk! The concept is neat and although the place could use some TLC, I'm glad we went.

It's rather unique but you will only hear the "notes" at a high tide. It's a shame about the graffiti and the difficulty in finding the venue. It is still worth a visit as it is so very different.

The wave organ is cool and we have brought people here many times. It's a nice walk there, beautiful views, fresh air, and special sounds when you arrive and immerse yourself in this funky mix of human-made culture with nature.

The wave organ was really neat to see, but not exactly musical. I feel like it was a great plan none the less. If you put your ear right next to the opening you can hear the wave sounds being amplified through the pipes. There...More

A friend of mine recommended we visit this place and said it is one of his favorite places in San Francisco. I heard that it is important to visit at high tide, but we saved this spot for our last day and the timing just...More

I took a friend from out of town here, and it was really cool. The organ is more like amplified wave sounds and not as musical as the name implies. But it is fun to listen to, especially when you sit in the sheltered bench...More

Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.

Yes it is wheelchair accessible. I didn't notice where the handicapped parking was located. We walked a ways from our parking spot, because the public parking was farther away than the parking for the yacht club. There were... More

I have no idea how it is working now. But, when it does work it kind of sounds like a flushing toilet. I have no idea buses. But, it is quite a long walk from the sidewalk. It is at the very end of the little spit of... More
