When this small mall first opened, I thought the architecture was interesting, but now not so much. It has never really taken off and always has a couple of empty store fronts. Some nice cafe seating on the ground level. Popular at lunch time.

This farmer market was just a block away from my hotel (Galleria park). They were offering very fresh fruits and awesome confectionary. I have experienced great cheesecake and small fruit pies there. don't miss it!

While strolling along the streets of San Francisco, we came upon the Crocker Galleria. This is a stunning glass pavilion soaring three levels high. It is a semi-indoor mall full of specialty shops and services. There is a whole level of restaurants serving a vast...More

Because you are off the street and away from traffic, this small shopping center is pleasant. Not sure how successful it is as there are empty store fronts. Some places to eat.

We went again to the farmers market at Crocker Galleria. There were a lot of very good quality vegetables, breads, nuts, and other things for sell. We also visited the food court area, which was busy as we were there around noon.

I work near here - looking out of my office window upon it right now... One block long - connects Post to Sutter - and narrow. Mixture of retail at varying price points, couple of service firms, and sort of a food-court feel to the...More

This is a wonderful building but i found it just far to busy. The main problem was that the walkways that are around the central opening are fairly narrow plus most of the shops have tables and chairs on these walkways. As we had a...More

Financial District
The Financial District lies just east of Chinatown but
can seem a world apart given it’s San Francisco’s
version of Wall Street. The rush of business people
make up a hectic weekday and add to a frenetic pace of
life, but visitors who spend a few hours walking the
narrow streets will be rewarded with fine examples of
historic and contemporary architecture, including the
iconic Transamerica Pyramid. After business hours,
