The tiled steps are very cool, very intricate designs. Waking up the steps is not for the faint. We also went all the way to the top of the park directly above for some incredible views of Golden Gate park. Again not for the faint....More

After walking the streets of SF (incl Coit steps), this didn't seem too strenuous. The steps themselves are interesting and the views from atop are stunning.

Great Photo Op and quite a stunning site. The Tile Placement is beautiful. You must scale the stairs. It is so worth it.

Came to watch the sunset. Enjoyed the beautiful colors and tile arrangements. Worth the climb that end with a beautiful view of the west part of the city.

Was quite amazing to start at the top of the stairs, without any knowledge of what we were going to see. Turned around half way down to a spectacular mosaic work of art that depicts a number of different scenes from “earth” to “sea”.

This is strictly a residential neighborhood. The nearest restaurant is 3 blocks down the hill to the left. You can enjoy the plants while the kids play and keep an eye on your vehicle.

There is public transportation with connections it takes long time and you still have to walk a long way uphill,best is driving,you can park everywhere there on street,I gave an address in my review for people driving since... More

It's better to take public transport as we are having a HUGE problem with car break ins. You cannot leave anything in a car or in the trunk! It will be gone when you return, as thieves watch you leave. Someone will have... More
