it must be a fantastic place for diving, but if you are not going for diving, basically there is nothing to see and take photo with.

visited the grotto with two scuba dives. the view down there is breath taking. Just remember to dive with a stilled instructor or guide.

You have to go here with a local tour guide. The place is beautiful and awesome to snorkel as the water goes up and down in the Grotto. The guide will tell you when and where to jump into the water as it is dangerous....More

We order the half day tour in Saipan,because something wrong,we can't go there in 9 a.m。So we go there 11 A.M,Just few peoples in there, when I diving,I fund that is beautiful,I want to go there again!

Yes, that is how we did it. You just meed to watch the tide and stay a safe distance from the rocks.
