Visiting in June is the tail end of their plant season and too early for orchard season. It is a quick 5 minute drive from Bayfield and they have some clever exhibits, wine tasting, and some other items worth a 30-45 minute visit.

We stopped on a whim. Tasted some great wine. Very friendly woman helped us. Not much there but a nice stop.

Not just apples here. It has a little of everything for everyone. Free apple samples and other tasty treats. Of course this all convinced us to purchase some to take home.

Pleasant, country property, did find some good wine, nice staff, but nothing special or out of the ordinary. It is a popular destination with the tourists and the tour busses.

I believe cherries are usually ready the first to mid of Aug. We've had a very cool and wet spring/summer so fruits may be harvested a little late. The Bayfield Chamber of Commerce site usually runs a list of the local farms... More
