I wasn't able to go inside this wondrous roadside Americana, as I drove by 15 minutes after closing time. But it's impossible to drive by and not stop, and from what I could see at the front, this one is on my "want to see"...More

Very old school...wacky and weird. This is one of those attractions that isn't outstanding but you will talk about it forever!

Amazing to see what this couple did to survive and make money! The tour guide was great. You should see it as a part of Americana!

While not a must see attraction it is a fun stop. We didn't tour the actual home but walked around the grounds and visited the Trading Post. They have a small zoo but we didn't go.

We were excited to see this 'home in the rock', but we were disappointed because the tour was extremely short, led by a lady who said she actually worked at their zoo and didn't know too much about the house. No pictures were allowed inside....More

Opened many decades ago as a diner and expanded into a 5000 sq ft home and gift shop. Unique. Good break from driving 191.
