We started loop from 128, first driving through Castle Valley with green fields on one side and red rock on the other. Road narrowed and started to climb giving excellent panoramic views. It looks like the road is being repaired and there were two stretches...More

It is all just so Captivating. When visiting Moab, Utah plan at least 3 days, which is still never enough time. But a guarantee, you will return to pick up where you left off. Moab, Utah is just amazing!

If you have the time definitely do the Loop. It will be worth it. You can still get good pictures without doing it all.

could'nt believe that Moab has such green forests and high mountains. Unfortunately the roads are not well marked and though we had a very detailed map ended up on the wrong road. Due to heavy rainfalls part of the roads where almost impassable, but they...More

We went out to the mountains while waiting for our room to be ready. We knew there was road work, so we didn't expect to make the whole loop. The cottonwoods were beautiful! It was our first time seeing the canyon terrain, so that was...More

This is a wonderful trail by a jeep or better. I want to go again. It was very adventurous. We started out while it was raining and saw some waterfalls that are not normally there.

Road needs some work and some sections have some pretty tight quarters. You want to time the sunset so you are on the way down. Recommend going in from the highway 128 side.

Not any amenities in the road but as a lover of driving cars on new roads this was a joy for me. Did not meet a lot of traffic and the road was in a relatively decent state.

Hi. Sorry can't tell you, as we only drive thru. Mapmaterial isn't too good. We even got lost due to various roads not marked on map. And we always orient ourselves by map and don't rely on GPS. Maybe best to check with Moab... More
