Needles is about 1.5 hours drive southeast of Moab. Another beautiful park, but unless you have a high-clearance 4WD and are a serious backpacker there are only 3 hikes you can take. We spent a leisurely 2+ hours on Sliprock Foot Trail and enjoyed it...More

This driving tour through Canyonlands was so totally Awesome. It is a must see. The views at every turn was so Awe inspiring. The mountain range had many different colors

Incredible spot in red and orange. Beautiful arches of rock on a vast lowland. Undemanding to climb. For everyone:)

This was such a beautiful drive! Highly recommend if you have the extra time in your itinerary! It took longer then we anticipated because we couldn't not stop at every possible location!

This is a great park. There's several little "hiking" trails. If you're not physically able to do these, it's still a beautiful drive, with lots of turnouts. Bathrooms and picnic areas available.
