SMALL park but worth the trip. The paths out to the Potomac were easy but the outlooks were rough walking. BOOTS for sure. Trails go both directions with wonderful views.

We saw several groups picnicking just east of the visitors center. As far as shopping for food we drove by a couple of stores 10-15 minutes from the entrance. We didn’t see anywhere that sold concessions in the park.

Not 100% sure, there were areas with seating and tables and I think BBQ's, I would ring and check with them so that you are not disappointed. Lovely place to visit!!
