I like parks but if your in Beaumont downtown area this park is there for you to walk in and sit and take a moment, Unfortunately its right in a industrial area with trains and refineries, ship channel activity. It does have nice shade and...More

Went here for a break in the day. The park is nice, small but nicely kept. Only a few people there when we were there. One person was fishing and it sounds like you can catch some fish there, mostly cat fish. I think it...More

Peaceful and interesting. There is even a boat trip that goes up and down the Neches if you can schedule yourself a spot on it. It's operated by Lamar University. Lovely place.

The only way to get to this park is to cross a railroad track. Deep, deep holes and woefully maintained. Why the City/County whoever does not FIX this is terrible. Vehicle damage is "high risk" and you know trying to get it repaired (if necessary)...More

Went with a friend just to walk and talk. Such a restful and peaceful atmosphere. It is located in downtown but seems so far removed from normal downtown hurriedness (if that is a word). We went in the evening so most businesses has closed and...More

I saw dogs on a leash. Don't know if there is a dog park proper there.
