Dean was our driver and guide. He was very knowledgable and also funny. It's a get off and on tour. 10 stops throughout downtown Asheville. Our tour lasted approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. If you want to see a lot of Asheville and its history without having to drive and park yourself, this is for you.

I've had the pleasure of taking the Asheville Trolley Tour twice, once at the end of August, and my 2nd weekend trip was at the end of September. Both times I had Michael as the driver/host. First of all, the 90 min. tour is absolutely a MUST on your visit to Asheville! Truly worth it and you really leave feeling... More

On 10-8-16 we were on the trolly bus tour. Matt's comments on the tour were excellent and entertaining. We got a good impression of Asheville and its history. After a 2 hours break in Biltmore Village we were lucky to have Matt again as our driver for the rest of the tour. We can really recommend this tour. Juerg, Switzerland

Drivers were entertaining and offered a lot of historical as well as current information about this beautiful city. The fare was good for two days, which meant we could take our time when we got off at the various stops. This is a very good way to see the city, especially in warm weather.

Even if you live locally, this trip is so informative. There is so much history in Asheville and to ride by and have someone tell you the history is so interesting. You can get off at each stop, get off and visit the area and then catch the next bus coming by. When I went, you also got a second... More

Today we took a tour Grey Line Trolley Tours of Asheville. The tour cost around $53 for 2. If you have the time you can ride 2 days on the same ticket. The tour makes 8 stops where you get of and you catch another trolley at one of the stops. We got off downtown and had lunch and did... More

we had not much time to see the city.... the trolly bus tour was the best way... we could see the most of the interesting places.... Mat told a lot of the history ... we did not expect such a crowded number of art deco buildings.... the tour cost about 50 $ for two and is a reasonable investment....

Took the tour on Sat. 11-12-16 at 10am. Started at the Chamber of Commerce Bldg. which also houses the Tourist Information center where I purchased my ticket, with AAA discount. Plenty of free parking at this location. Tour guide, I believe Matt was his name, was just FANTASTIC! So full of history, town gossip and lore. Very educational and entertaining... More

We took the hop on hop off tour and so enjoyed Larry our driver/ guide that we didn't want to hop off. He had so many great stories and loved what he was doing that we all had the best time. Highly, highly recommend you take this tour.

Four of us took the hop on and off trolley tour of Asheville. First of all we appreciated the free parking at the Visitor Center, and also having someone else do the driving in this spread out city. After examining the brochure we opted to not even get off at a couple of stops. We picked the stops we felt... More
