We stopped in here to catch the trolley. They provide lots of brochures full of information about Asheville and surrounding areas. Lodging, restaurants, activities and tours. They also have a gift shop with items made by local artists and craftsmen. Free parking and clean restrooms.

You can get tickets for the bus tour which is worth it. Otherwise you will find helpful staff here to answer questions and offer advice for your visit. Brochures as you'd expect.
