I needed major stress relief and calming before my NCLEX Nursing exam so I chose to do the Salt Cave and then an hour massage after. When I first got there, they took the time to explain to me in detail the history of Salt therapy and how it works. I felt calm and at ease immediately. The experience was... More

We were met by Ines, the owner and she explained how the salt spa concept was started, then took us into the cave. It was quiet and dimly lit and we reclined in zero gravity chairs with warm salt pillows to support our necks and a blanket. The 45 minutes went by quickly and my husband took a nap then... More

My husband and I visited the salt spa today and had a wonderful experience. Ines was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The room/salt cave was very nice and relaxing. We had tried another salt cave in Asheville on a previous trip. While it was also nice I think this was more of a genuine experience!

I had never visited a Salt Cave and wasn't sure what to expect. However, I will say that this exceeded what I did expect. I received a massage from a therapist named Casey - I thoroughly enjoy massages and have had many including some very expensive ones. Casey gave me the BEST massage I ever remember having received. A friend... More

This was a very interesting experience. Sitting in a salt cave and letting the impurities disappear. The massage therapists are 2 of the best I've ever had and Ingra was the kindest soul! So sweet and accommodating. Brad squeezed us in and helped the whole experience be top notch. If you've never tried the salt cave you're in for a... More

I had the pleasure of making my first visit to The Salt Spa of Asheville this past weekend. I enjoyed a Cranio Sacral Therapy session with Michael in one of the salt rooms. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Visited the Salt Spa and we had a great time. Ken explained the cave, what we would experience and what the health benefits of salt therapy were. We were in the cave and listening to a guided meditation-I actually fell asleep and had to be woken up so that I could go to my session on the warm salt-slab bed.... More

I noticed the Salt Spa on Google maps while traveling. After reading about the benefits, I decided my husband and I should give it a try. I was looking for a big touristy looking building, but it is just a small store front with 2 other businesses. We did the hour session of just sitting and relaxing, and were the... More
