The Salt Spa was a peaceful, relaxing experience. The Salt Cave is beautiful with soft colored lights and calming music playing in the background. The 45 minutes go by quickly and it's a supremely relaxing environment. The owner and staff were very helpful.

Even though this facility is just located in a strip mall, you are instantly transformed to somewhere else once the door to the salt cave closes. I highly recommend the gong meditation. I will be back when my travels take me to Asheville again.

Definitely white socks and at least a comfortable t shirt. It will be cool and you will be laying still. They will supply a comfortable, light blanket as well. Enjoy
