I had a hard time choosing which flavor of ice cream to try so I had two in a dish: salted caramel and coconut. The salted caramel was perfect: not too gooey or too sweet but with just enough hint of caramel swirling through it....More

Reserved a place for the tour of the chocolate factory...a very well done, hour-long program; including simple and clear explanations of the factory's process for sourcing, making and marketing their product. The samples of various chocolates through were great too. As of our tour, the...More

They use the healthiest ingredients they can find. The variety is amazing. Of course, there's coffee and wine and beer. They have bars, truffles, cakes. I love the flourless chocolate cake, the chocolate cream brule.. Super Yum Stuff

Learned so much about the sourcing and entire process from a passionate chocolate maker. It impressed me so much and gave me such a good feeling about Asheville and the small craft industries. And we got to taste (and buy) some delicious chocolate!

Maybe 20 at the most, so they book up weeks in advance. But it will change when they move to a bigger facility this summer so you’ll have to call them about the details or look at their website for updates.
