Wedge Brewing is a hidden GEM with a nice, rustic outdoor area to enjoy a brew or two. The interior is very unique -- small and quirky. We enjoyed our brews outside, where there is so much to see! They had peanuts there to snack...More

Wedge has a cool vibe that goes beyond the taproom. It's more than really good beer, it's a visit to the arts surrounded by metal and other art works. The taproom is little more than a place to put in your order... It's all self...More

I’m going to preface my Asheville brewery reviews with a brief personal note. I’ve been drinking beer for near 60 years. My first draft beer was Michelob in 1962. Both beer and my tastes have come a long way from then. I have eclectic tastes...More

I loved Wedge’s space. We sat outside on a sunny day and enjoyed meeting a lot of dogs and meeting locals while tasting a variety of beer. We were there on a Friday during happy hour hours and I was pleased to see that they...More

The Wedge is mainly an outdoor venue. You order your beer at a tiny bar. Pick up some peanuts and find a place to sit outside and people watch. Or puppy watch. I liked it.

Delicious beer in a really cool atmosphere. Free peanuts from the bar. Kids were welcome. Felt like where Asheville’s hip go to sip.

Would give it 5 stars if there was more room on the inside, but the beer is great. If weather is nice they have a very spacious outdoor area facing the river. If you are in the River Arts District and want a beer this...More

First, the bar area is very small so if it's crowded, expect to wait. But while you're waiting, enjoy the peanuts. Second, they have a single restroom. Beyond these 2 things, the barstaff is great at helping you choose your brew. They are very friendly....More

Love the beer, venue and location. The staff can sometimes be a little stand offish but other than that I would highly recommend the Wedge.

It was a great place to hang out with friends. There was a food truck on site. The beer was good and the atmosphere was great too. It was at the back of an art gallery, kind of in the basement.
