This place was incredible. At the Downtown location, their space seemed crampted. With their new space at the Biltmore Square Mall it seems like they have added classes, oh, and free ones, WITH FREE CHILD CARE! Who wouldn't be up for a free class with free child care?! I saw their calendar on their site and chose the Behavior Seminar... More

I'm sorry but for $10 for adults, you expect A LOT more! Just because they switched locations, doesn't mean they get to rip people off! There is a children's museum in Hendersonville that is better, and costs what it should! I'm sorry I wasted money here.

Don't waste your time (or money) on this one. Poorly designed exhibits. Incredibly uninteresting subject matter. My kids ended up spending about 15 minutes at the Lego table - that was the highlight.

Absolutely awful experience. No health exhibits, except for an interactive grocery store which the kids enjoyed. The largest part of the health adventure was a room where the kids could play: a slide, a few books, toys and a toy doll house and kitchen. The most interesting exhibit was the star wars dvd on plants on a farm. Try to... More

This place is way over priced. At 8.50 for adults and 6.00 a child, its a ripoff. I'm going there with my child because it is a children's museum. If it was a museum that was oriented towards all age groups I could understand, but there is nothing for adults to do other than watch their child. Therefore adults shouldn't... More

We were Asheville for one afternoon and wanted to take my boys (age 7-1/2 and 5) to the Health Adventure in Pack Place. We parked in the garage next door and paid a flat $5.00 fee for all day on Saturday. The ticket price for Health Adventure is about average for a kids museum -- $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for... More

We love childrens museums and try to visit them in every town we visit. The Health Adventure is a children's science museum, not childrens museum so it's a little more on the educational side. It is in the Pack Place building in downtown Asheville. There is no specific parking which makes it harder to get to. There is a parking... More
