Very similar situation to Ethan with trying to get replacement tickets. I have had similar things happen (as having to delay a show) with professional theaters, they call you within a day and fix the situation. Not Emerson, they say you will get a call...More

We saw Book of Mormon at the Colonial Theatre. The show was great and the theatre is just beautiful. I've heard some people complain about the size/comfort of the seats, but the Orchestra was great and the acoustics perfect. The restroom situation can definitely be...More

Grand OLD theater. Lovely décor, gold gilt everywhere. All seats seem to have a good view. We were in the balcony and had a perfect view of the whole stage . There are a few seats with views obstructed by posts, but only a few....More

The venue needs work, as noted by many others. The show (Book of Mormon) was great, we'd been unable to see it on Broadway and were happy to go for 2/3 the price in Boston.

Front row of the Mezzanine offered decent leg room, The theater itself is old yest still retains its glamour. The acoustics could use a bit of work but overall a delightful theater!

Since I had such a hard time finding decent information about seating when I booked my seats for Book of Mormon, I wanted to share my thoughts now that I've seen the theater. 1) I'm quite impressed with the view of the stage even when...More

We went to see The Book of Mormon at this theatre. The theate has a great rake and it will mean there is a good view from any seat in the stalls. This old theatre is charming and we were sad to hear it will...More

The theatre was beautiful and it appeared almost any seat had a good view. The seats however need to be re-stuffed, The one I had was permanent indentation and wasn't supportive at all. The theatre was also very hot, not sure if there was even...More

Went here to see the Book of Mormon. This is an older theater and is starting to show its age. While a nice venue for seeing a play, the bathroom capacity is limited (and very busy during intermission) and lines to get refreshments are long....More

Sorry for the delay in responding; I was away for the weekend. Unfortunately, I can not answer your question. I've only been there once, and we sat in the balcony. I am sure you will enjoy the show.
