Logistics is a wonderful thing and when you can manage the science it works. In this case I am sure that a group of chimps could have done a better job. When you know by experience that a large group of people are going to...More

The trolley was a great way to learn about Boston. There were many stops along the way to get off and explore. We did a cruise of the harbour (free with the purchase of the trolley tour) and saw the Aquarium. The drivers were knowable...More
Little Dave was a funny and good guide; however, the trolley itself is not conducive to any pictures and the stops don't allow time for on/off. Too many metal bars on trolley. I've taken other tours where the bus is mainly GLASS so one can...More

The hop off and hop on bus tours around Boston are just terrific.
The driver provides a commentary and points out the places of interest. Its a great way to see what the city has to offer and view all the attractions.
Charlestown’s hilly roads, narrow streets and gaslight lamps, make it an enticing neighborhood to visit. Follow the Freedom Trail over the Washington St bridge from the North End or take the scenic water locks to Paul Revere Park. Walk through City Square and stroll down cute Main street, wandering up the windy residential streets to Monument Square, where you can learn about the city’s history along with a great view
of Boston at the Bunker Hill Monument. While it’s not a huge area, there are some excellent restaurants. Find your way to the Charlestown Navy Yard, which is a developing area with lots of condos and an additional site for Massachusetts General Hospital research centers. Here you will also find the USS Constitution Museum. After you’re done, hop on an MBTA ferry at the dock on Baxter street and zip on over to Long Wharf and the New England Aquarium.
