SO I had a reservation for BOS to Hotel and driver was nowhere to be found when we reached luggage claim area. There were no prior text/email/call about where to meet on the day of service. We had to wait for 45 min to just get a driver pulled up in front of us. I understand the traffic is bad near BOS area, but no communication from company or from driver is unheard of. I would not recommend. Uber and Water Taxi can get you in and out of BOS in quick.

It is clearly stated in the product listing that MassPort regulations require pickup only in designated areas, and that drivers must stay with their vehicles. Drivers are not permitted in the terminals at Logan Airport. You were also sent a message stating the same.
Your pickup was booked for a 19:47 arrival.
In this case, you notified us that you had landed, and retrieved your luggage, at 19:19 (28 minutes earlier than the time you booked). You also stated that you were not in the limo pickup area as instructed. The driver arrived at the designated limo pickup area at 19:35, which was still earlier than your scheduled pickup time.
We do track flight arrival times, and do our best to adjust our schedule, but sometimes an early arrival will necessitate some additional waiting. The driver was already at the airport, and on the way to the terminal when you messaged.
