I've attended several events at Symphony Hall, from the symphony itself to the holiday pops, and most recently the Boston speaker series. It's a gorgeous venue with gilded ceilings and sculptures lining the balcony. Acoustics are great and the ushers are quick and efficient. My...More

We were here to listen the Boston Youth Orchestra. And it is first an amazing place. Very good accoustic and there is no 'bad' seat. It was conducted by Benjamin Zander who is very well known and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed seeing the Pops with my college aged daughter and her out of town friend. Great holiday and Boston experience for visitors. Loved the table seating and champagne. We were a bit too close to the stage (last minute tickets) - but did enjoy interacting...More

We buy the cheapest 2nd balcony seats - we try to get close to the stage, or, we sit way out in the back of 2nd balcony center. Very few bad seats, acoustics grand, and the Pops at Christmas are a fabulous experience. Sadly, a...More

When the Symphony is in Tanglewood for the summer, there are no tours of the hall. That is extremely unfortunate. We walked over a mile to the building, just to find that out. So don't do what we did!

Visited Symphony Hall for a POPS concert and was again reminded of the beauty and fantastic sound of this grand old Hall. Few even with modern acoustics technology can equal its lovely mellow and sensual delight. If you like music any kind of music just...More

The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but
loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this
home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find
victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical
Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located
within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign
