Love Exhale for massages, and yoga and barre classes. For the spa, Mack's hour long deep tissue massage is so, so good--I've gone after a half marathon, or after a busy time at work with a lot of desk time, and no matter what I...More

After traveling 6000 miles from home, a week of walking and a 7-hour train ride, I checked in to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and asked the concierge where I could get a mani-pedicure on last-minute notice. It was 4:30 pm. She told me about...More

I love going to Core classes there. The teachers are focused, energizing and positive. There are luxurious changing areas where towels, sandals, shampoo, combs, razors are provided.

We were in Boston for a weekend and went to Exhale Battery Wharf twice (they had a "get 2 classes for the price of 1" deal). Beautiful yoga studio and spa with friendly staff. If you can, try Amy's class as she's a fantastic flow...More

North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church
