We didn’t walk the entire freedom trail with this fellow, because we stopped so often to hear his thoughts about the people and issues around the revolution, the events leading up to it, and the rich architectural history of this city. We enjoyed every minute,...More

We got much more out of doing the freedom trail with David P than if would have if we were to just do it ourselves! David P really brought the history to life. The walk he takes you on is not difficult and very doable...More

We very much enjoyed our tour with guide, Brian. His enthusiasm, humour and knowledge was a real treat. Brian gave just the right amount of information, spoke clearly and was animated. Highly recommend.

Took the tour last week. David P was the guide. It was a big group. He was very good and kept everyone's attention for the entire 2 hours. Highly recommended if you would like to learn more about Harvard University.

I've taken two other Free Tours by Foot, both in NYC but this tour was by far the most entertaining. Brian included humor along with historical facts. He's very enthusiastic and passionate about Boston's history. My experience was "wicked" good.

This Boston neighborhood feels like a distinct
community unique and separate from the bustle of other
areas. Beautiful Victorian homes, restaurants with an
emphasis on being eco-friendly and providing local and
organic food, and a large Hispanic community. Visit
Centre and South streets for restaurants, cafes, and
little shops. The Arnold Arboretum is a beautiful,
large green space well worth a visit if you venture to

If you take the Harvard tour, it finishes about a block from where you started. The Little Italy and North End tour finishes in the North End, not near where you started.
