My husband and I took at tour of the distillery on a Sunday afternoon - what a great way to while away a few hours! First, the location makes you feel like you're in on one of Boston best-kept secrets. (There's plenty of street parking,...More

We visited Bully Boy upon recommendation from friends. On a Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed a tour (lasts about an hour, be sure to book online in advance if you have a limited time window to work with) and a craft cocktail at the bar.... Best...More

The drinks the atmosphere and the tour were all outstanding. Friendly staff and other visitors 😊. Would say get a taxi or cab, we walked from back bay and found ourselves in an area which had been obviously used for hard drugs a few blocks...More

Fritz gave us the tour and told us the stories about the family and their farm. The distillery is a no-nonsense, working still in an industrial area of Boston. After the tour, we continued sampling free spirits. The bar was crowded at 6pm on a...More

Small privately owned distillery. Tour was short but sweet. Products are hand bottled and labeled. Would highly recommend whiskey and rum.

Speakeasy like bar serving their own liquor. Good drinks, barkeeps and the tour was interesting but short. Love the Old Fashion in a bottle. Will be back with friends.

We took advantage of a tour & tasting Groupon and had the best time! Buying the Groupon and registering online is incredibly easy. The tour was very informative and the entire staff was incredibly hospitable. The tasting was comprehensive without being too much and the...More

The guide was very outgoing and kept our attention, but the samples provided were minuscule. Considering the cost of the tour, I could only conclude that this is mainly a money-making venture, rather than a “break-even” marketing tool that other equally good distilleries/breweries offer.

I loved both the tour and the drinks! The guide kept things fun and interesting as we learned about Bully Boy and how the distillery came to be. And the whiskey and rum are particularly fantastic! The cocktail flight in the bar was amazing. New...More
