I brought my 5 yr old daughter to see the Nutcracker for the first time. I had seen the nutcracker many times but at the Wang Center. She fell in love immediately with the Nutcracker and the whole experience. She thought we were in the...More

Good production great music and cute actors. This version omitted several transitions which I feel took away from the story. Instead it featured many dancing talents of the company. It was a lot of fun for my family to experience. They also had great access...More

This is about our sixth trip and it never disappoints every year. The choreography is wonderful the costumes spectacular, the sets are amazing, the orchestra is top-notch! This is the highlight of our holiday season every year.

I am by no means an expert but the 2017 production of the Nutcracker was by far the best I have seen in quite some time. I found the abundance of young people, male and female, refreshing. The choreography was well done. And my favorite...More

The entire program was magnificent. The quality of the dancing, the staging and the costumes, while minimalist - were perfect. The Opera House is the perfect venue. I highly recommend attending a performance other than the Nutcracker, as the Boston Ballet is extremely talented.

So nice to experience the new creativity at the Boston Ballet. Very much appreciate the different styles of ballet intertwined. I fluctuate between sitting toward the front and then another time will switch to balcony, which can give one a completly different perspective .
