Unfortunately for us the weather and therefore rough seas did not allow the boat to leave port. Obviously this is not under control of the company and we cannot fault them, for this. The problem lay with the response / process on cancellation and is...More

We saw 5 different whales, including a calf, and many seals. It was fantastic experience. It gets extremely windy, so be prepared! It is sometimes hard to see the whales because so many people crowd your view, but be persistent!

I was impressed by the work of the staff of the New England Aquarium who make sure the whales are not disturbed by the watcher crusies. They w the whales names and their charcateristics. Amazing

About a 90 minute ride to whales, good crew, indoor/outdoor seating. Once we got to whales, good un-hurried running commentary and boat responsive to rotating boat for equal viewing. Whales dive for 4-6 minutes so there was "down" time between sightings which was filled with...More

After a windy, freezing, bumpy boat rise to see whales, we only got to observe them about 20 minutes before heading back. Very disappointed. I wonder if people in the back of the boat got to see whales at all since most seemed to be...More
