We walked down to pier to see fireworks. Had a great view. You also get a good view of the city. And the organizers had also organized a fire to generate some heat.

What a beautiful area. Loved looking at the city night lights, walking the pier, looking at all the beautiful boats in the harbor. We grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee at a shop down the street and took advantage of this beautiful spot to sit...More

Boston is full of things to see or visit. Its historic district and many parks make it a place to see. The only thing a bit negative are the highways, which are confusing sometimes.

Fan Pier is located within the heavily congested Seaport District. It offers fine views of the Harbor and Downtown, and the park behind the Federal Courthouse is a nice place to sit in good weather.

We decided to walk around town, and ended up at the Waterfront, and Fan Pier. You're at the edge of town, on the bay, and looking at the airport. Thousands of vessels and people. There must be 6 giant buildings going up here for condos....More

Nice short walk. It was very quiet on a Sunday night. There's a fire pit along the walkway. You can hear the planes roar taking off from the horizon.
