This campground only had one other camper. The grounds are clean and well cared for. The lake is beautiful in the early morning. If you like quiet and solitude, you’ll love this campground. A tornado went through there a few years ago, and it appears did damage to the bath house that they’re in no hurry to repair. If you’re self contained, you won’t need the bath house anyway. Big and small rigs can find a place here. The power hookup is an older four-prong connection which we didn’t have, but we were happy running on our batteries for one night. There is water and power hookups at each site, and a clean out for sewer on your way out. It’s an old campground, but beautiful and secluded. For $22 a night, it’s a great deal. We LOVED it!

A large recreational area, dominated by some magnificent lakes. There is no Elvis centre to the campground - he is reported to have played with his mates around there as a boy. There is a good road in and out. Pull offs for the campers and RV users. Plenty of space. A good place to picnic.

stopped by for the name. We were going to camp for a night but the camp site is full of old RVs and old people living here (I wonder if they ever pay for the RV spot). It seems like the entire camp site is their home and some of them even has its own garden on the site! (Wow) The park is super trashy and camp site is just too scary and pricy. ($18 for tents only) The restroom is not cleaned and some even not working. The management surely needs to improve the property. Will not recommend to anyone.

Rebuilt after a tornado flattened the entire landscape. If you've never seen this it's a great opportunity to get an idea of what a tornado can do. Also a pretty place to take kids fishing.

The lake and grounds were very picturesque and although storm damaged it still made for a wonderful afternoon out with the kids! There is ongoing work being carried out but piers are in place and picnic tables so despite cool weather we had a great time!

This attraction is closed....rating is only due to the facilities not being available at all. There was storm damage that is being repaired.....so do not plan to visit this campground without checking on its status ahead of time.

Our first stay in Tupelo, we were very pleased with this park. A rating of very good may be a stretch but certainly above average. I can see where a superintendent with some extra funds could make improvements in the restroom facility but everything worked. I've paid much more for a lot less. We used site 3, the pull-through. It was cold but we had a very nice view of the lake just out the windshield. I bet when it warms up it fills up.

We went on a weekday, before the end of the school holidays and it was empty - no one there. Drove right up the little promontory, down to the pier decking and basked in the sun. Perfectly peaceful and plain gorgeous views over the lake. Only really came up as we wanted to see what was there so to speak but very glad for the experience. I guess the US has a huge reservoir of scenes like this but coming from the UK this was something special. An unexpected highlight of our trip.
