We went to Sea World because we love animals. I like that the park is trying to take away the fancy pants jumps spins and focusing more on educating people about the animals especially with the killer whales. I didn't enjoy the part of the dolphin show where the trainer actually stood on the backs of the dolphins. I thought... More

SeaWorld's generosity is unsurpassed in San Diego. They give their San Diego teachers Fun Cards and then have awesome freebies and seasonal attractions all year. Their employees are trained to teach tourists and locals about the sea creatures in their care. Every time we go I learn something new and experience something I haven't yet in the 10 years we've... After being to SeaWorld in Orlando this is definitely not as good. Very expensive and limited rides. I personally would stick with San Diego Zoo, much better value for money.

I took the family to Seaworld to give my children a chance to see the orcas while they can still be seen in captivity. My children enjoyed seeing the whales, but there were a lot of other things for a young family to see at Seaworld. We saw the dolphin show and my two year old was able to feed... More

We enjoyed the day and really enjoyed the various shows. The dolphins were our favorite. Everything was clean and organized. Many eateries to choose from too.

They are not very busy this time of year so some of the rides were closed but that did not diminish our experience. It was nice to see the animals and learn about all the work Seaworld does to rescue and treat animals.

We have a great day at Sea World. We caught the light rail Old town then hopped onto a bus out to the park. Enjoyed all the show, the exhibits and getting around the park. They day was hot so was great to head indoors to the exhibits. The crowds were low on that day too so made it easy.... More

Dolphin and Killer Whale shows were good, but a little concerned as to the size of their sleeping areas. Several of the areas were closed as it was winter, presume this was for refurbishment prior to the busy season of spring and summer.

One of the top things we did on our trip. We loved eating with the whales. Totally worth the money. I would suggest waiting to eat and watching the show first. We spent half the day then went back to rest and went back later in the evening for more fun. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your kind review! I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit as well as your dining experience at Dine with Shamu. Not only is the food delicious, but it is the area in the park where you can get closest to our magnificent family of killer whales. I hope you will be able to visit... More
