Great spot to walk through and take in history. Enjoyed the placards throughout with area history. Stopped and watched a pottery demonstration and listened to live music. Many souvenir shops and restaurants.

Visited on a very hot day, shady trees about but still hot and dusty. Good to take family to see old activities and walk through older buildings, souvenirs and food abound. Some restaurants include dancing and music whilst you are eating, or you can watch...More

Visit during the day or evening - you will not be disappointed. The Park is alive and colorful with gardens, historical buildings, crafts, shops and wonderful Mexican restaurants

We took the surfrider train and stopped at old town. This place has many small shops with unique items. There were several restaurants, an ice creme shop, a candy shop, and several tourist type shops.

We came on Mexican Inependence Day which was very interesting but also very busy and parking was hard to find. An interesting area with a lot of shops and restaurants.

What a nice authentic surprise... festive party in the day.. loved it and wished we had more time. I really felt like I had stepped back in time.

We had only a short time to explore but the park does give you the sense of what life was like for the early settlers.

Sent a couple of hours in old town looking at the shops and recreated village. Souvenir shops were pricey as I saw things I'd bought in Mexico a month ago for 6 times more here bit out was a pleasant day. Lots of food options.
