We enjoyed the Air and Space museum. It has lots of planes and some space craft. I thought it would have more space crafts, it was more heavily based on planes and pilots. There was a 4D type movie in there which was fantastic (and free),...More

We spent 4 hours on a sleepy Monday afternoon at this surprisingly good museum after one gets past the video game aspect of current special Speed exhibit. The WWI exhibit is extensive, with lots of fulls-sized airplane replicas and movie documentaries where can rest on...More

Very nice museum of air crafts and the history of aircrafts, including details of WWI and WWII. Has a lot of planes on site, lost of information on air and space. Don’t skip.

Enjoyed the museum and it is great for kids too. They highlighted early flight, WWI reproductions and the WWII bombers. They have a modern jet and space age gallery too. Lots to do and see here!

On its own you would say that this museum does a good job in its education and visual exhibits and displays. If you were to compare it to other museums of a similar theme then it is just average. Don’t expect to spend a lot...More

One would expect that with San Diego rich heritage of being an airplane city the museum would of had more. Half is a hall of fame and video Game Center other is exhibits. $19.75 entrance fee was steep fir what the museum offered.

When we were there, there were so many young children there on school field trips. They were absolutely fascinated with all the exhibits, especially the ones pertaining to the astronauts.
