A lot of care has gone into this and it is quite fun. It is interactive and the guides are rather sweet. I did feel that I needed to make a quick exit to avoid a little bit of preaching.

This guided tour is a visual history of the Mormon westward migration with the U.S. Army from Fort Leavenworth to San Diego. It takes about 45 minutes and is very well done. The Mormon faith is a central part of the presentation but the history...More

My absolute favorite place in San Diego to go to period. It's also located in the old town district with a lot of nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

People were very nice and the short tour was interesting. Kids loved panning for "gold". Nice that there was no charge.
