At first I felt the price was a bit high; however, this proved a good value. We began and ended with driver Bob whose humor was based on puns and a fun soundtrack but grew on you. We took advantage of the on/off option twice - for the Seaport Village and the Hotel del Coronado. Great stops. Bob picked us... More

We were staying near Old Town and bought a two-day ticket to overview the area and preview things to do. We added a ticket to the Midway for one of the days as well (purchased through the Old Town Trolley). The tour guides were very informative and entertaining. We had several guides, all of whom we thoroughly enjoyed. Melissa was... More

I'll start out by letting you know that I LOVE Old Town Trolley Tours - I've taken their trolleys in D.C. and Boston and now in San Diego. For our family, this is the best way to get an overall "feel" of a city's top attractions at a reasonable price. We can spend the time we want at the attractions... More

We spent Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving on the trolley tour - unfortunately we only had time to get off at Coronado and have lunch and at Old Town and enjoy some happy hour margaritas and nachos. We were able to browse some of the many stalls and stores with their wares from Mexico!

This tour is amazing and informative with 8 stops on highlights of City of San Diego. It took 2hours ride on traditional trolley car with your special guide and driver. The all 8 stops which you can hop on and off at any stops with catching the next trolley within 30-45 minutes till the last car according to the schedule.... More

Hopped on in Old Town and got off at the Marine & Maritime Museum and did the self-guided tour. As per the schedule, we were able to hop on another trolley when we finished at the museum. We hopped off next at the Seaport Village, had lunch, bought some taffy, and a few gifts. When we were ready to leave... More

We took the trolley tour (hop on, hop off) and it's well worth it. The drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We had Arthur and Alex as drivers and they were really good. If the bus was full they would call and notify the next bus, very well organized and very little wait. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone... More

Went with my mom who likes tours. We got on the first bus and went to 2pm. If you leave from Old Town get there early to get long term parking close to the bus stop. Otherwise you may need to hunt for street parking or another lot that has 4+ hour parking. If you want to enter the Midway... More
