I really like this area for an interesting walk around and then grab a delicious bite for dinner. Filippis is my favorite but that might be because I have been going since I was a kid.

We stayed at the Hampton and enjoyed several excursions into Little Italy, over the course of 7 days we ate here several times and enjoyed all our meals. Got to sample the Saturday street market and that was enjoyable.

Little Italy is one of our new favorites when in SD. Cute shops, great area and some kind of awesome food scene. The area is clean and not as many homeless hanging around as in other similar areas of SD.
