I grew up in the Boston area where getting a ticket to Fenway is nearly impossible and very expensive. Petco Park is a large, modern park with many ticket options for most games. There are several restaurant options including sit down places or your more typical ballpark fare. If you're in town during baseball season see if you can get... More

This is a must stop if attending a convention in downtown San Diego. The park is open year around and offers travelers a sneak view of the home of the Padres. During baseball season it also opens up a great way to spend the day and night as you are literally feet away from the Gaslamp Quarters where food, drinks... More

This is a great place to catch a game - they have great food & beer. They also try to do a lot of fun activities like fireworks or mini-shows after the game.

Outstanding stadium, feel and concessions. The team may be struggling lately, but come for the feel and excitement of baseball! The setting is always relaxed, enjoyable and laid back. There are much worse ways to spend an evening in San Diego>

We are from Australia and went to our second baseball game here. The venue is fantastic - near the Gaslight district - and clean as a whistle. Easily accessible with a good range of food and bevies. We had an absolutely fantastic time!

I shall start with negatives Prices for food and drinks are Skyrocket high. Is it a concert venue? Positives: Plenty of bathrooms And lot of choices of stores Free popcorn & peanuts with club level seating. Expensive liquor. Bring a hidden flask!!!

This stadium is located in the busy streets of downtown San Diego. Parking is a pain. You almost always have to pay for it. I suggest you take an Lyft there.

What a refreshing visit to the park! We loved the sights and surroundings. So pretty. I would recommend coming in the morning during the week during the baseball off season. The park is open all day.

This past season,we had seats for the Padres. Petco Park has so much to offer when it comes to beer and food except Gluten-free items. I know Dodger stadium has one location where you can get a gluten free hotdog and a couple of other items which is why I gave Petco a 4.I would recommend Toyota Terrace on the... More

San Diego's ballpark is in a great location, right downtown with easy access via the Trolley. There are several covered parking options either at the convention center or the Hilton hotel which has a walkway to the park. Whenever we go we like the casual atmosphere which is friendly for children. They have a grassy area where families can bring... More
