Point Loma is a breathtaking peninsula, and the views are lovely. The cemetery overlooks the bay, and is very well kept. It is worth stopping by on the way to Cabrillo National Monument.

The cemetery is a fitting tribute to the men and women who have served our country. A fine final resting place.

This is a moving place to visit. As with all national cemetaries, it is a place of reverance and respect.

It's a gorgeous view. If you don't have a personal reason to visit the cemetery, I'd recommend going on up to the Cabrillo Natl Monument and bypassing the cemetery.

We came upon this Cemetery by accident. We were on our way to Cabrillo Monument. It was very beautiful and peacful. A very nice last resting place. We saw headstones dating back to the Spainish/American war.

This is an impressive military cemetery. Parking can be a bit challenging, but the location is awe inspiring. If you visit the Cabrillo Monument and lighthouse, you will definitely want to include a visit to the cemetery.

I gerw up in SD and the trips to Cabrillo Natl monument always noted the Fort Rosecrans cemetary. If U have relatives buried here what a grand place to be.
