Nice indoor nature center and easy walking. Saw red breasted mergansers and a belted king fisher at Goose Pond. Nice walk around Silver Spring Pond.

Take one of the walking trails with your binoculars and bird ID book in hand. Peaceful wilderness. Bundle up in the winter.

Never seen so many fiddler crabs! Kids loved it! Wish we had more time to spend there. Plan for at least two hours.

Spent a couple of hours walking the trails here, beautiful views, not many people except at the boardwalk trail. Worth a trip.

I saw blue heron, greater yellow legs and blue jays at the beginning of Oct. depends if it gets colder but some birds haven't migrated yet. Not sure if the ducks stop by here. Still a nice place to be out. I'll be walking... More
