The Beachcomber: we always try to go there one night when we visit the Cape. This year we went just three days before it closed for the season. The place is a zoo: always overcrowded, always long waits, people standing three deep at the bar. We go to the Beachcomber to eat outside: there is nothing special about it if... More

The Beachcomber is a fun, loud restaurant. It's extremely low key with picnic chairs and paper plates. The food is yummy along with the alcoholic drinks. The bonus is the beach right next to it with amazing views.

While on vacation in Wellfleet we stopped here for dinner and the food was great but it is definitely a popular spot as it was super crowded!

Great location, great music, food is blah. Ordered calamari, shrimp, chicken for the children. The food was tasteless and deep fried. There was a 40 minute wait for a table right at the door. Waiters and waitresses passed by and hit people eating at the table without apology. So crowded with a long wait for food. The drinks were ordered... More

What a gem! Beautiful white sand, free of rocks and broken shells. Parking is on an elevated perch overlooking the ocean which makes for spectacular views. That said, it is a steep decline (and incline) onto the beach on a man made sand path. Parking is $20, but you get a $20 voucher to use at their beachcomber bar where... More

You know you're going somewhere off the beaten path when Waze can't even tell you the name of the road to turn on. The restaurant is located at the entrance to the beach in the middle of nowhere. It is rustic and screams of cape cod charm The setting was perfect. The servers were friendly The food was good and... More

Nice view of the ocean. Great frozen drinks, super cocktails, typical beer offerings except a blueberry beer that was tasty. Great raw bar offerings along with steamed shellfish, lobsters and the famous Wellfleet oysters. Yummy lobster bisque and clam chowder. Crazy busy on a Friday night but everything was prompt. Kid menu available but if it's crowded, might be difficult... More

This is a fun place that I have always wanted to try. It is very busy and you can expect a half hour wait on week nights. Service was very good and so were our meals. The lobster was a bit pricey in comparison to some other places, but it was delicious. My husband had the crab cakes and enjoyed... More
