This place summed up that horrific day so well. There's photos, videos, a buckled plane window, a church pew where rescue workers rested, shoes, recordings, lists, wallets and so much more. A talk was given by an off duty fire worker when we was there and he was so interesting and heart felt. I think his name was Tom and... More

We stumbled across the Tribute Centre as we had the Citypass, this give us entry into the museum but not to the tour and talk, so we paid the extra to do it and it was worth every penny, you have such a detailed insight from the tour guides and learn so much that you wouldn't ordinarily, the money also... My husband and I decided to visit here over the main museum as we wanted to have the personal tour. We were lucky enough to have the tour all to ourselves with a really lovely man, Andy. The detail he went into and the way in which the who place has been considered it just truly amazing and moving. After... More

A very humbling and moving experience. Booked tickets on line due to previous TA positive reviews. Not disappointed, tour conducted by a lady who lost her brother on that fateful day. She was accompanied by a serving NYPD officer who was a 1st responder on that day. They both recounted their individual experiences on 9/11-and revealed the subsequent trauma to... More

We looked around the exhibition before our guided tour with Jim, a survivor of 9/11, and an off duty fireman, who came back from holiday to help in the recovery. The centre is a tribute to the people who were lost or died and to the survivors and families of this tragic event. a very humbling experience for us, we... More

On Jan 28, 2017 we visited the 9/11 Tribute Center. It was an unexpected somber joy. The talent and gift of Mr. Gary Suson captured this moment in history in a way that made you feel you were personally present, sharing every emotional step. Heartbreaking. Angering. Brokenness. Hope-provoking. All combined in the attempt to grasp why cultures won't TRY and... More

I don't think words will ever describe this tour. It was utterly fantastic and given in the most humbling and respectful way. The tour guides are full to the top of knowledge about the tragic events of 9/11. From the minute we walked in we instantly were made welcomed. As I walked around reading the radio transmissions and quotes from... More

Mistakenly booked this thinking it was the 9/11 museum, however myself and my husband were so glad that we did. The guided walk by Peter was fantastic. His personality shined through his stories and his experiences in both the 1993 attack and 2001. He also told us of his friend Bob Nagel who died that day, whose memory is kept... More

There are many selling discount tickets and we purchased these thinking they were the national museum. Some artifacts. Heart breaking stories. Super NICE people!!! I just didn't have money to purchase both. The ticket for this place was bundled with a bunch of others. We had already seen most of those but the sales pitch of not standing in line... More
