- LWexNew York City, New York11 contributionsAmazing First Broadway ExperienceI recently took my 5 year old twins to see Frozen on broadway as their first broadway experience. It certainly did not disappoint. They were mesmerized the entire time and the special effects were outstanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's children love Frozen as the characters really come to life and was magical for them.Visited December 2019Written January 2, 2020
- Erica BWindsor, Connecticut8 contributionsDisney never disappoints! We have seen many shows on Broadway and Disney always wows us. Lighting, costumes, sets, original songs all amazing. Our party ranged in ages from 9 to 65 and everyone left with favorite moments. Worth the trip.Visited February 2020Written February 12, 2020
- Anna HGrand Cayman69 contributionsSpectacular Show!My husband and I took my 5 year old daughter to this show in February 2020. She was enthralled (and frankly, so were we). There was a feeling of magic throughout the entire show. We sat in the first row of the balcony, and with the assistance of the booster seats for my little one, we all had a birds eye view of the stage. I really liked the location of our seats. The orchestra was top notch for this show - true talent. The leads, especially Anna, were amazing. The show had quite a bit of humor in it along with drama and excitement. The set was well done and the effects were fab. The added musical numbers (that were not in the movie) were a real treat. A recommendation is to get there a little early to ensure you aren't in major line ups to get to your seats. All in all, a spectacular show for all ages.Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience with us! We love hearing from our guests and are excited to hear that you had a memorable and spectacular experience at FROZEN on Broadway!Written March 4, 2020This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited February 2020Written March 2, 2020

We were hesitant in seeing Frozen but were blown away with the staging, scenery, acting, and overall performance.
Truly a great musical. Again Disney genius.

I went to the show with my Mom, Sister, a friend of mine and her daughter. My friend and her daughter are from Miami and were staying at the Ronald McDonald House in NY because her daughter is undergoing cancer treatment for stage 4 cancer. Frozen is her favorite show. She wears an Elsa wig everywhere she goes. We didn't tell her we were taking her. She just thought that we were going out to dinner When we got to the theater, her face lit up. She couldn't believe it. Just to see the smile on her face was worth it. She loved the show. The singing, acting and everything else was top notch. After the show we were able to go back stage and meet Elsa. It made her so happy especially during a time where she is going through so much. I would love to see it again.

One of my favorite shows on Broadway, they did such an amazing job and the sets were gorgeous!! Highly suggest for families or groups! Completely child-appropriate as well with a few innuendos in there for the adults.

Dont miss this show it is excellent!!!
Enjoyed both adult and 12 year old!
It was amazing and we loved it. I would go again. Dont take the front seats because it is a small theater and you see really good from the middle section.

The production of FROZEN was excellent; however I was highly disappointed in the accessibility. I had selected this show after speaking with someone to ensure audio-description would be available for my daughter who was fully blind, and was assured it would be. When we arrived, we were given the device but the audio-description (D-script) was not working. We traded devices, and none played the d-script. She was unable to enjoy the show and we were highly disappointed. Per the written guidelines, I was unable to dictate what was happening to her, as we wanted to respect others attending, even though she was unable to enjoy the show. That being said, the performers did an excellent job and a sighted attendee though the show itself was good. Additionally on the way out, we had to return the d-script device and security gave us a hard time to exit the theater through the lobby and wanted us to go out the side door since we were in the orchestra. When I told him I needed to return the accessibility device, he told me I was not in the seats for the blind. However when we purchased tickets for the date we could attend, the seats for the blind were not available.

The set, costumes and actors were all amazing!
A really magical show and even better than I expected!
The theatre itself is really nice and the staff were all friendly!
Lots of people complaining in reviews that the seats are tiny and there isn't enough legroom.....I didn't have a problem at all.
My only tip is get to the toilet as soon as you can during the interval as the queues were very long......I almost missed the beginning of the 2nd half.
A really great show, would definitely recommend!

Where can you get the best deal on tickets? I read a review that someone paid 93.00 a ticket and it included a show book and olof keychain. Where is that deal? Thanks so much

We got our Tickets in November 2019 at the same day two hours before start at TKTS Broadway for 56 Dollar each.
Places were orchestra right side, row O.
So pretty close to the stage with a nice view.
( but i think we were pretty lucky this day, and there was no waiting line at TKTS)
Does anyone know why you can’t buy tickets past November? Is it leaving?

Are seats better on orchestra right or orchestra left? Is the view of the stage obstructed? I am looking at orchestra row D.

I like the Left... Middle is better, but from what I saw, its better on the left if you need to choose. :)

Hi - Anyone know why mid price stall tickets are not available via Ticketmaster? Also would people recommend Row R in Stalls or Row C in Circle?
Thanks

Travelling from UK what's the cheapest way to get good tickets? Any ideas thanks

I got mine on Ticketmaster . com. Not cheap as everything is expensive on Broadway but had the lesser charge in terms of admin/booking fee. All levels of tickets were available. It just depends how much you want to pay.
