Thank you so much, Patty B, for your kind review. Yes, Fred's is indeed a great place for lunch....and for dinner too! We look forward to welcoming you upon your next visit to NYC.
The 5th Avenue is the most famous shopping Avenue, but the real shopping paradise is Madison Av. More shops and more luxury than in the 5th, but much less people, hence more enjoyable. Beautiful buildings, all sorts of brands. Of course there is not much...More

I don’t think this street has the best shopping in New York City, but there is a lot of great shopping here. Some of the more upscale places, and a lot of the younger generation places as well. It’s a lot of fun to stroll...More

Dear Megan H,
Thank you for your review!
We look forward to your return to Madison Avenue during your next visit to NYC.....16 new stores just opened in the last six months!
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

330 Madison Avenue is in the heart of midtown Manhattan, between East 42 and East 43 Streets. The Andaz Fifth Avenue is the closest hotel. If you prefer to be in the southern portion of the Madison Avenue luxury shopping area, consider The Lowell at Madison & E 63 St or the Plaza Athenee at Madison & E 64 St.
