Four people, my husband and me and our pastor and his wife, made up our team. It was so creative and a blast! The murder mystery was not offensive or disgusting. The questions, some more than others, were thought-provoking. I only wish there more questions for more time! We will definitely do these mysteries again! It was well worth the... More

We're so glad you enjoyed the hunt! If you're looking for another murder mystery you might enjoy the one we do at the natural history museum. We're also working on a new hunt called Unlock the Box. Definitely our hardest hunt to date, it is chock full of puzzles. If you have any questions or need suggestions about your next... More

I have done many different scavenger hunts with Watson Adventures and have always had a great time! The people who run it are so nice and helpful and the tours are always so fun. The hunts are definitely fast paced and challenging! The last hunt I did required the use of your phone instead of pen and paper, so make... More

This was SO MUCH FUN! Some of the questions were a little hard, but it really took you all over Grand Central and you can learn a lot of little factoids about the place. There are so many options for different "hunts" you can do. We will definitely be using Watson Adventures again!

This scavenger hunt via app was so clever and really required all team members to contribute. They were challenging enough that it required quite a bit of cooperation among team members to really finish in time. We did it for a work team building type of event, but I would totally do it again with my friends and family. I... More

This was an Adult/Child hunt through the Metropolitan Museum of Art, searching for images resembling characters from the Harry Potter Books/Movies. Although it was a whirlwind tour of the museum, it generated interests that after the hunt, we went back to several areas to look at other art work. We had an 11 and 10 year old with us and... More

I took my 3 kids to the Grand Central Terminal Family Hunt and we had a great time. My kids were 16, 14, and 12 and I have to say they found most of the clues (especially the 16 year old). It was a great way to see the sights without the kids getting bored. We did have a little... More

We signed up for the Wizard scavenger hunt. It was well thought out and the guides / organizers were very friendly, thoughtful and respectful. After finding 7 clues my 12 & 13 year olds wanted to stop. Not a bad thing... They saw so many interesting things that they wanted to 'look around' instead of finishing. Since we did not... More

My kids, ages 12 & 14 recently did the hunt at the Museum of Natural History with their grandparents. They all had a great time. They had all been to the museum a number of times before, but commented that they went to exhibits they didn't know were there - it's a great way to get an overview of the... More

My 13 year old was, as usual, reluctant to participate before the start, but found it both fun and challenging (not that he would admit it...), actually we both had a great time hunting clues and learning about the building and its history! This particular hunt took 90 minutes. Next time we are in NY we will try one of... More

We took our grandson into the NYC for this adventure because he likes physical activity and it requires good shoes and good walking legs. We didn't expect to enjoy as much as he would. It turned the three of us the best time, even though we placed last! We've been to Grand Central Terminal numerous times in the past, but... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
