Efficient and free with NY Pass

Went on 2 hour bike tour of Central Park. Our guide was Sergio who was very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend! We learned much about the Park and the City. Nice pace. Definitely a must do.

My husband and I took the one-hour pedicab tour recently. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable. He took his time showing us around the park and didn't make us feel like he was rushing. This is up there as one of our very favorite things that we did while in NYC!

There are several ways to see Central Park, our favorite was the PEDICAB ride with Sylvester. HE was an excellent Nigerian tour guide who spoke perfect English, with a wealth of historic information and celebrity news. Explaining are the statuary and many of the Park's attractions. This is an excellent way to look at the park and not have to... More

After buying a visitor pass, we decided to use one of our seven slots to take a bike ride in Central Park. This was fantastic and we had the luck of being tour guided by 'Dan' the New Yorker. The two hours passed quickly as we freely rode around this magnificent park. Dan showed us all the little and big... More

Took a 2 hr tour. One hour is more than enough. Pleasant way to spend an hour and easy way to get quick overview of this great park. Guides can be hit or miss. Ours was OK. Very accommodating in dropping us off to a location other than starting point.

We used our New York pass to hire bikes for 4 hours. We got locks as well and had an amazing time riding around central Park. We made stops along the way including the Guggenheim museum. Was the equivalent of a hop on/hop off bus tour but with bikes. Highly recommend! The place to pick up the bikes is a... More

This was an awful experience and I would highly discourage anyone from renting from this deplorable business. They gave my driver's license away to another individual and then were not prepared to assist in any fashion - thankfully she and I found one another independently through the Internet. Moreover, the bikes were in awful shape and did not work. They... More

What a rip-off. Unbelieveable. I'm still shaking my head at being so nieve. It was raining hard and when the pedicab asked if we wanted a lift... I thought sure... Surely it couldn't be much more than a taxi. BIG MISTAKE. I didn't take the time to ask the price and when the journey from Saks 5th avenue to Time... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
