Paid full price for a one day tour. Was only on the bus twice but it was fine and got us around the city (albeit slow against the usual NY traffic), guides were helpful in pointing out a lot of places of interest along the...More

We booked our bus tour at the Ripley's exhibit and the the girl was clueless. She only offered an uptown and down town tour. We asked about additional options and was extremely vaque. She did say that 1 site was available with our purchase. We...More

This is a great way to travel the streets of New York and maximize your time. We were not able to visit some of the hot spots our first day there due to dignitaries at the UN. The map is easy to read and you...More

Poorly organised and run. Once tickets are purchased they don't bother to help you with anything. We waited in line for 45 mins to an hr for busses along with many others. Busses come and only allow a certain amount of people as the top...More

I would HIGHLY recommend taking the CitySights tour, I was there for the day with my three daughters 6-9. I was planning on taking the downtown loop the entire ride and then going back to the sights we wanted. The bus was PACKED full and...More

I hate to admit it, but we got trapped in the typical tourist trap. This service looks fine on the map/Brochures, with very pushy sales people, clearly on a commissions basis. But in reality the buses are far and few between. The waits are long,...More

uptown loop is 2 hours , down town 2/1/2 hrs depends on traffic and security closures, for the Bronx tour 1/1/2 hrs you have to take the bus from mid town , ask the driver or the guy at the stop they are very helpful,
